New MOSFETS in SDPAK^TM, a split tab TO-252/D-PAK…..

Our expanding family of high performance power MOSFETs now includes a range of parts in the new SDPAK^TM package, a TO-252 package with the tab split to provide separate drain connections to the two MOSFETS in the package. This allows them to be used independently, for example in synchronous buck converters.

The initial products have a Vds rating of 30V and 40V, offering low Figure of Merit with on-resistance down to 6.2 mohms.

These products are all RoHS-compliant and halogen-free (HF) in compliance with today’s “Green Products” requirements.
