New MOSFETS in PMPak^Ž5x6 and PMPak^Ž3x3 ...

Our expanding family of high performance power MOSFETs now includes a broader range of parts in the new PMPak^Ž5x6 and PMPak^Ž3x3 packages. The PMPak^Ž5x6 package is similar to other "enhanced" SO-8 packages in the market, such as LFPak and PowerSO-8. The PMPak^Ž3x3 is compatible with other DFN3 packages offering attractive thermal/electrical performance in a smaller footprint.

These products have Vds ratings from 30V to 75V, offering low FOM and on-resistance down to 1.59 mohms. Some examples:
