Our expanding family of high performance power MOSFETs now includes a broader range of parts in the new PMPak®5x6 and PMPak®3x3 packages. The PMPak®5x6 package is similar to other "enhanced" SO-8 packages in the market, such as LFPak and PowerSO-8. The PMPak®3x3 is compatible with other DFN3 packages offering attractive thermal/electrical performance in a smaller footprint.
